Booking and using the venue
Check-in begins at 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. Cancellation and changes are handled only during 09:00–18:00 business hours, with changes treated as cancellations. A late-arrival procedure and luggage-storage conditions were not documented.
Getting there and facilities
Bus 600 from Jeju Airport Gate 5 stops at Yerae Entrance [South], about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Pickup from Yerae Entrance [South] to the hotel requires booking two weeks ahead, does not run Tuesdays or Fridays and may change with hotel circumstances.
Before you visit
All rooms are non-smoking; indoor smoking incurs a room-cleaning charge equivalent to three nights. Pool users must shower and wear swimwear. Children under 1.3m must wear a life jacket and enter the water with a guardian; outside food, breakable metal or glass items, tubes at least 1m long, snorkels, fins, sneaker-style aqua shoes and drones are prohibited.
